Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of IAIP. You’ll develop and refine systems, coordinate membership and certification processes, and plan events. If you’re passionate about creating efficient workflows and making a global impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Membership & Certification
  • Set up and monitor application processes for new members and certifications.
  • Develop SOPs for onboarding, renewals, and certification tracking.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication with members (e.g., reminders, updates).
• Program & Event Coordination
  • Plan recurring engagement activities (committee meetings, networking events, webinars, annual conference).
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop continuing education (CE) programs for certified members.
• Systems & Process Development
  • Work with the Web Developer/IT Specialist to maintain membership portals and dashboards.
  • Continuously refine operational processes for improved efficiency, exploring automation tools as needed.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functionality
  • Coordinate with Marketing & Communications to ensure seamless event marketing and program launches.
  • Provide organizational updates and content ideas for newsletters, social media, and publications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, or related field (Master’s or relevant certification a plus).
• 3+ years in operations, project management, or similar role (nonprofit experience is preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, project management tools, or willingness to learn.
