About the International Association of Islamic Psychology (IAIP):

The International Association of Islamic Psychology (IAIP) is a pioneering organization dedicated to advancing the field of Islamic Psychology globally. We aim to foster a holistic understanding of the human psyche based on Islamic teachings, enhancing global well-being through education, certification, research, and community engagement.

Role Overview

IAIP is looking for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to refine our brand identity and manage our social platforms. You will create impactful designs for campaigns, events, and publications, while engaging our community across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Branding & Visual Identity
  • Develop and maintain the IAIP brand style guide (logos, color palette, fonts).
  • Design digital and print collateral: membership flyers, certification brochures, donation campaign materials.
• Social Media Management
  • Create and manage a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • Develop engaging posts, stories, and videos to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track analytics, respond to audience feedback, and iterate on strategies.
• Marketing Collateral & Campaigns
  • Design templates for email newsletters, blogs, and course promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to plan and promote events.
  • Produce slide decks and visuals for webinars, conferences, and presentations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work with the Finance & Revenue Manager to support campaigns with effective visuals.
  • Coordinate with the Web Developer on website design needs (landing pages, banners).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
